A 58 year old woman presents to her physician complaining of burning pain with sexual intercourse and vaginal dryness and itching. This condition started six months ago and getting worse. Her last menstrual period was at the age of 50 and she had no vaginal bleeding since then. Medical, surgical and family histories are unremarkable. Physical examination demonstrates thin labia majora and atrophic labia minora and whitish in appearance. The affected area extends around the perianal area and looks like a white butterfly in appearance. A KOH and wet prep smear of the discharge are negative.

I was thinking C but it was D. This site is great for medical practices. Nice interesting questions are there to solve and diagnose by given situation.
