Default How to learn pathology from scratch?

hello. i am a medical graduate, an IMG.

For someone who did not study pathology from a text book like robins pathology in med school and is now unable to follow goljan book (or any other review book) since it is written in points form, what is the best way to learn pathology now.

As u may understand that it is hard to understand from a review book without prior concepts of the diseases. concepts are easily made when one reads from a text book. it is too hard to understand from review books. my purpose is not to prepare for step 1 exam at the moment, but i want to learn pathology from scratch so that i may be able to understand goljan or any other review book when i make my journey towards step 1 exam. i should finally be able to understand first aid book. i have read FA but i find it too hard to follow the pathology description given there. the reason i think is that i did not study a text book in med school. kindly help me out, as i am in great since i do not have concepts on pathology.
