Cool cauda equina vs conus medullaris
hello guys. can anyone plz explain me the difference bw conus medullaris and cauda equina syndrome? i m not understanding why saddle anesthesia in both? i understand that conus medullaris has lesions from t12-L2 and cauda equina has lesion from L3-sacral nerves. am i understanding it right? thanx in advance..
