What is the difference between postinfarction fibrinous pericarditis & Dressler syndrome?

No they are different
postinfarction fibrinous pericarditis occurs 3-5 days post MI and its due to the immediate body response (neutrophil exudate) after the MI,
Dresslers syndrome is an auto immune phenomenon occurring several weeks post MI. Both causes fibrinous Pericarditis and are complications of MI, but the difference is in their time of onset.
