hi..
i recently came to know that the govt. of india is opposing doctors leaving the country,so they wont be giving no objection certificate. the law is not yet passed,bt when n wher do we need this ,if at all we need that certificate to apply fr USMLE? any idea any1? |

No you won't need NOC from Govt. in order to apply for the exams or work in the US. Rules in India are exceedingly stupid. GOI is planning to stop giving documents which doctors do not need anyway.
