would appreciate any help on this, apologies if this is the wrong place for the thread
I am very stressed in the fact that i cant concentrate and mostly because most of what im studying now i know ill forget in a day or two and this is very frustrating, but looking at myself i realized i dont really have a study technique that i stick to but am rather still experimenting basically since im afraid of sticking to one method or following one book and it turning out to be not enough im hoping for any advice on the matter if possible |

it'll be the same for most of us wen we're reading for the first time...start doing questions and go through the same topic u read from your notes in first aid...it'll help you in getting a better grip on the topic...
