A) Coxsackievirus

Coxsackievirus can produce a wide variety of symptoms
1) Hand, foot, and mouth disease leading topainful red blisters in the throat and on the tongue, gums, hard palate, inside of the cheeks, and the palms of hands and soles of the feet
2) Hemorrhagic conjunctivitis
3) viral meningitis
4) encephalitis
5) myocarditis and pericarditis

A coxsackie virus common cause of pericarditis

I think it's Coxackievirus. Myocarditis often occurs with pericarditis in this case.
