Default confusing difference between kaplan & FA

Hay there
Have been studying biochemistry in the last two days from FA after doing kaplan
Noticed a difference in one info
Involving fragile x syndrome & down's
Kaplan says that fragile x is the leading cause of congenital or genetic intellectual disability while FA says that it is Down's
For me i believe FA statistically-wise
But if u have a confirmed info about this please share
Plus u can share any major differences u found between kaplan and fa so that we discuss it
