Default Need valuable advice.

Hello there,
I am an IMG 2013 grad from India, have started preparation for step 1 a year ago around August. Started with Kaplan Lecture notes and videos & Pathoma. Did not do all of them, just did Biochem, Anatomy, Physiology. Then switched to offline Uworld tried to memorize it (big mistake) by this time it was December and gave NBME 12 scored pathetic 140(NBME score). Then was not in a mood to study till Feb.. Wasted money on a crash course for 8 Weeks April-June.... did learn a lil bit from it did an NBME 13 scored (190 NBME score).. then since june realized that should stick to FA and UW started from June second week and gave an NBME today (240 NBME score). Studied high yield systems and annotated from UW in those systems. Really want to get done with exam by September first week and start CK preparation.
As of now I am using Uworld both as a qbank and as a learning resource with FA. Thinking of adding pathoma to the resources.
I do not work, I can give efficient time for preparation.

If you guys were me, how would you use these resources and study efficiently and effectively so that can score around 240 on the real exam.

Any input greatly appreciated.
Thank in advance.
