Edward Goljan and his famous Rapid Review Pathology are famous among Step1 takers. It is a review (not so rapid :P ) of pathology. On the other hand you can also download the audio files where dr Goljan himself reviews path. Students then have even created transcripts of these audios. This is pretty much it
