Question about Pulse Pressure
This might be simple, but I just need someone else who can explain it to me :o
So pulse pressure and pulse is not the same right?
I mean, if a person have, let's say, atherosclerosis, there is an increase if the stiffness of the vasculature, which decrease the compliance and therefore increase the pulse pressure.
But that same person can have a weak pulse in their legs (since the pulse pressure cannot be transmitted effectively through narrowed arteries)?
I know it seems simple but these concepts sometimes blows my mind.
Thanks in advance!
