Rheumatology/Orthopedics Erosive Arthropathy as a complication

A 2-month-old baby has asymmetric gluteal folds. If untreated, the underlying pelvic condition will most likely progress to an erosive arthropathy. Which of the following is the most likely diagnosis?

A- Dislocation
B- Fascitis
