Step 1 Score below average(217) very dissapointed need advice

Hello everyone
I am img,i got my result 2 days ago(217) and i cant tell how dissapointed i am.my nbme scores were around 240.
I was planning to apply for an otolaryngology subspecialty program.
I know it is not possible to enter o competitive residancy program with this score but do i have any little chance for a subspecialty program.I will enter a residancy program in my home country.

these are too old and you probably took them offline,at least I guess so. Their predictive value is on their online forms though...

IMGs have nil chances of getting into specialities like ENT even with stellar 260+ scores (unless their daddy is bffs with some PD), so it doesn't really make a difference that your score is below average because you weren't getting that ENT spot anyways.

Thank you for replying,i am just wondering about the chances for subspecialty programs as the length of those programs are 1 year.
I ll complete my residancy in my home country and then i want to apply for a non accreditated program (those programs doesnt require board certification)
