Default USmle Step 1 help, no basics.

Hey guys, I recently graduated from med school, and as for my Usmle step 1, I dont really remember anything. The test at my school were designed in a way that I can only memorize a most things and forget them the next day and pass. I really need to know what I should start from, the complete BASICS? If yes then from where? and if not then what should I use.My basics are no good at all.

Kaplan Medical

Well in my opinion the logical way to tackle it is by starting with biochemistry and physiology and then do anatomy. Follow it with behavioral, immunology, micro and lastly pathology and pharm. KLN is a good resource if u r weak
