I Can't speak for baltimore or Washington DC, but I have just finished a IM rotation in Brooklyn which was wonderful. I was under a wonderful physician who helped alot. If all goes well I will be rotating in Chicago and Atlanta as well. I will update on how it goes. Choose rotations based on the physician you are working under and the workload you will get, that is much more important than how nice or fun a city is.
