Default Is Kaplan High Yield videos necessary?

So I started watching the biochem videos for Kaplan HY and they cover a lot more material than First Aid. For those that have taken the exam, is the material covered in First Aid already enough? Should I just focus on the topics that mentioned in First Aid or should I also learn the stuff covered by Kaplan as well.

Thanks!
