Default what is the diagnosis?

A3 yr old boy is brought to the emergency dept. by his mother for severe pain in his right leg after he fell from the porch 30 minutes ago. He has a 6-month history of intermittent pain in his leg at night . His mother adds that he cannot keep up with his peers at the playground. Evaluation shows fracture of the right fibula. there is also gluteal muscle weakness bilaterally. Measurement of which of the following is most likely to confirm the diagnosis?
A. ESR
B. Serum creatinine kinase activity
C. serum hydroxyproline conc.
D. serum immunoglobulin conc.
E. serum rheumatoid factor titre
