Default meds for hyperthyroidism

Hi,
Can anyone help me with the following questions?

Q1: the medication for hyperthyroidism is propylthiouracil and methimazole. is any of these two drug that can have one administration that is good for 3 months? or is there any other drugs out there for hyperthyroidism is good for 3 months with one dose?

Q2: for a pregnant women, what drug should be given for hyperthyroidism? or what is the best approach to treat this patient?

Thanks,

This will be one of the question many of the people having doubt. I think you must choose one of the physician for getting the exact solutions. As you know the jericoacoara hotel have the services for heath treatments. They will help you to become a healthy person.
