Kidney desmopressin stimulation test

A desmopressin stimulation test in a patient with presumptive diabetes insipidus results in no change in urine osmolarity and urine output. This is confirmation that the diabetes insipidus is caused by:
A. Lithium
B. HIV
C. Brain injury
D. Excessive fluid intake
E. Histiocytosis X
