Default Hyperthyroidism and meunstral irregularities

Can someone please explain this, according to FA express, they say in hyperthyroidism you have more binding globulin ( I believe he said due to increased TSH- but I believe TSH should be decreased in hyperthyropidism!)

Why would you get increased binding globulin that sequesters the sex hormones in Hyperthyroidism?

I do understand-The increased binding globin that sequesters the sex hormones and causes less unbound sex hormones to exert its effects on meunstartion but DONT understand why there is less binding globulins here..
