Post NBME Question...Help!!

A 70-year old woman who leaves alone is brought in by a concerned neighbour because she isn't taking care of herself. The patient denies any problems but her left hair and face are poorly tended to, she hasn't button the left sleeve of her blouse and her left shoe is untied. When asked to copy a drawing of a clock she could only draws half of it(12 to 6). MRI of her brain will most likely show lesion in?
A. Left frontal lobe
B. Right frontal lobe
C. Left parietal lobe
D. Right parietal lobe
E. Left temporal lobe
F. Right temporal lobe

I though F(right temporal) indicating damage of her right optic tract -> loss of left visual field and can't see that her left is unkept. But not sure...any ideas?
