Allergic Reaction. Candidiasis (Yeast Infection, Candida) Chickenpox. Contact Dermatitis. Fifth Disease. Impetigo. Measles. Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. |

Erythema Infectiosum is definitely the ans. Perfect presenting picture. Parvo virus B19 is the smallest DNA virus. All the other viruses mentioned are RNA.
