Default Uworld related question

This may sound like a weird question, but anyway. My step 1 is scheduled for jan 17th, and i'm currently doing uworld now, random, timed blocks of 46 questions each. Averaging overall at 71% now with 30% of the questions to go. Last few tests have been 75-80%, but at the end of each test, and while doing the tests, i'm very unsure of everything i answer, a lot of times take guesses based on ruling out the other options, and i end up thinking i don't think i'm actually doing well because i'm not answering it completely based on my knowledge.

Does everyone feel the same way while doing uworld? Please don't tell me its normal to leave the prometric centre with such feelings after your exam too. I think i'd just die!
