Molecular Growth Hormone and Prolactin mode of action.

Do GH and Prolactin use Tyrosine Kinase pathway for their action? In FA2010 Errata it was pointed as a mistake but most other sources say it is the mode of action. Please help.

Yeah - I think it uses a JAK-STAT pathway - here:

I'm not sure how much of this detail is essential - but here it is anyway...
