Just cancelled my date for tomorrow. My eligibility period ends on the 30th of this month. When speaking to Prometric this morning, a representative stated, that I would have to pay $110 to cancel - which I was ok doing. However, after submitting the button to cancel, nothing ever came up to pay for the cancellation.
Tried to log into prometric using my scheduling ID number, and it says it's already in us. I have to wait until the morning now, to see what the problem is. Anybody ever have this issue? I want to take my exam by the end of this weekend.
