Is FA enough for Microbiology?

Can someone plz tell that is FA enough for micro??

If there is any specific topic to b done from kaplan..plz tell that too

FA+uworld done properly covers most of the things you would be tested. But you should know everything written in it cold , there is alot of micro written there in just very few pages so make sure you learn it well.

what about the pharma given in the micro section in FA...do we have to learn that or is it gonna be covered with the pharma section?

We do have to learn it . It is not covered in the pharma section.

Micro and pharma is perfect from FA. Last time i read their kaplans was about 5 months before exam and just focused on FA and uworld and had stars in both in my exam

Thanx im doing micro from FA and uworld and although i thought im good at micro there r questions which are really difficult i hope micro in the actual exam is easier than uworld

Dont worry , be confident . Just try to learn the uworld concepts and go through First aid really Good. My micro questions were reaaaally tough in exams but i ended up with a star in micro. So dont panic even in the exam if you think you are messing up , Because First Aid and uworld is more then sufficient to get to a star in micro

Immunology should be atleast done once through kaplan books. Once you are familiar with concepts FA would make much more sense to you And uworld points help you consolidate those points.

can u please tell us about FA+Uworld for some other courses like anatomy?

How was your anatomy questions? did u have direct question asking about anatomy (for example origin and insertion of muscles) ? or the questions were clinical ( telling a story and asking for lesion,etc..) ?

For anatomy i think you should supplement it with some other book , i supplemented with Kaplan anatomy and it worked for me. Anatomy is a little deficient in First Aid , specially abdomen/thorax portion. I had a star in anatomy/embryo portion so i can assure you Kaplan +FA+UWORLD would cover everything you need
