Neuroanatomy can be difficult to remember all at once, I suggest breaking it down into the spinal cord, the circle of willis and do it over few days and review it the next day and the day after and after few days you should have it down. Also try using High Yield Neuroanatomy
Then, approach Uw questions |

Hi,
I had a similar problem as Neuro was something i grazed over like a hungry but self righteous cow in med school. Pasteur I saw but never mulled over. This is what i did: I tried Kaplan live lectures: PERSONAL FAIL I went to NAJEEB Neuroanatomy (all 87 videos - 85 plus two on CNS Embryo): PERSONAL PASS I went back and correlated what Najeeb says with what Kaplan MD's tackle in live lecture which I took: PERSONAL PASS **Most of what is tackled in Kaplan is touched on by Najeeb who guides you throughout the brain and spinal cord like a soldier would guide a 3 years POW in a guatemalan mine field: He is a legend!! ABSOLUTE LEGEND!! I am getting 90 percent of Neuro questions right on any bank: USMLE, uWORLD, qBANK, USMLEconsult…you name it. Trust me. i sucked @ brain/CNS/spine. i just knew it was in your cranial vault and mine was the size of a pea and rented out by a single tenant ( Mr. Nyoo Ron). Try it and let me know how it works for you!!! Good luck..255 or bust!!!

But mind you, it tools me 8 weeks. some might disagree with this approach but it is part of my 1 year prep plan for step 1 as i was out of clinical touch for a whole years after YOG 2011 to make money and support myself. Fortuitously, I can go through Kaplan Neuroanatomy in 3 days breezing or a day if I want to just revise. I advise doing Najeeb video only one win any subject (especially Neuro, which has like 87 videos. You will be fine my friend. You knowledge will fan like the Corona Radiata that ever so present in your cortex!!

Ummm. i think its worthwhile to purchase them for $99 online. the man put his blood sweat tears and years of training into those videos. Besides, many of the generic versions are missing many key videos, or so I've heard.
