Welcome to the community! You'll definitely find a lot of people here to help you. I'm not sure what help you're after, but all of the information that you will need for USMLE registration is on the USMLE and ECFMG websites, if you haven't been there already. There is a ton of reading you have to do, but I think it's a necessary part of the process.
Most people use First Aid for the USMLE as a preparation book and a good overview of the materials including resources from Kaplan as well as a question bank such as USMLE World. There's a ton of options out there, so I'd encourage you to take your time initially to think about what works for you. Hopefully you will find a good study partner through this forum as well.
