Warning! Strange application situation. PLEASE HELP.

I submitted an application for Step 1 along with the fees and received both confirmation emails last month, on the same day. One email saying my application was received, and the other saying my application was accepted and I should be receiving my scheduling permit soon.

Fast forward to today (almost 2 weeks later) and I still hadn't received my scheduling permit. I checked on the OASIS website, and my fees had been credited back to my account! I received nothing about my application being canceled or why my fees were credited back. ($940)

Anyway, I've applied again using the same balance, and now I'm only receiving one email saying they have received my application and its under review. Usually the acceptance email follows immediately, but I'm not getting one.

Can anyone tell me what's going on?
