Reed Sternberg cells. Seen in Hodgkin's lymphoma, but also can be found in other lymphadenopathies. For the boards, we need to know that it is CD 15 and CD 30 positive.

Thats correct...and CD 15 AND 30 immunostains stain these cells reddish-brown in biopsy specimen...
