Star Hair loss and pregnancy?

What drug is said to lower the risk of getting this complication and is contraindicated during pregnancy and is used to treat hair loss? What slide is this?

Wow this one is a real tough one. But a drug used to treat hair loss but is teratogenic would be Finasteride, a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor.

the cut section of seminiferous tubules of the testes ... and the drug is finastriede as the teratogenic and used in treatment of male pattern baldness of course in addition BPH .. it is used a s a cream so that's how to be teratogenic .. " by direct contact with pregnant female "

So what is the complication seen in the slide that is prevented with finasteride?

All i can see in the slide is fibrosis, dividing the tissue into islands...no idea what it is..

Default Prostate cancer reduced by about 30%

Why is it tough, duh it reduces the chances of getting prostate cancer, google it. All these little facts add up next question
