Computer How to Strikeout Text in Real USMLE Exam

For those of you who have take the exam, how do you strike out an answer choice on the real deal?

In Kaplan, you simply click on the answer choice. In UWorld, you have to highlight the answer choice with your cursor and on NBME, you right-click.

What's it like on the real test?
