Can anybody help with a mnemonic for that

Ok let's try this
Am not sure if it will work for you

You don't Differentiate between immature and mature Hour blasts in cities with red and mega lights! PS "hour blasts means rush hour"

This will translate to
Undifferentiated M0, Immature Myeloblasts M1, Mature Myeloblasts M2, Auer Rods M3, Meyloblasts and Monoblasts M4, Monocytic M5, Erythroid M6, Megakaryocytic M7.
