Canada OLD IMG From Carribeans

I am old IMG graduated from carribean YOG 1999
I have been practicing as a Naturopathic Doctor ever since as I am licensed as Naturopathic Doctor in Canada.
Just wandering do I have any chance of getting into residency in US in FB/IM
(as I have heard lot of universities are going very Integrative in dealing with patients) after passing my USMLEs.

It seems like we graduated the same year, but for me in France.We are still young, just wiser
I live in San diego and in my experience I don't think that integrative medicine is well developed in hospitals, but there are a lot of naturopath, energy healers, HHP private practices here in California. These practices seem mostly separate from the traditional system because the already expensive health insurances do not always cover well natural medicine. Also, doctors are still reluctant to give treatments that are not in the guidelines or that are not extensively tested, or in the scientific literature like aromatherapy etc, and there is always a big problem of liability there too. (I never thought about these issues in my rotation in Martinique!)
I think nurses are doing hands on healing in hospitals, but that' s about it. Like you, as a Reiki master and IMG family practitioner I would love to see both offered and I think it is probably possible but in private practice.
