Mouth Ulcers in USMLE Questions
 
Mouth ulceration is a great buzzword that should make you think of the following diseases:
  1. Pemphigus vulgaris (painful ulcer)
  2. SLE (painless ulcer)
  3. Crohn's disease (aphthous ulcer)
  4. Behcet's disease (painful ulcer)

Let me add other causes of mouth ulcers

- reactive arthritis ( painful)
-SE of methotrexate
