need some advice

not sure if this question goes in this forum but since i am studying for step 2ck i thought i would put it in this section.

i took step 2cs in jan 2008 and passed it

i took step one in july 2010 and passed it

so going by the 7 year rule to pass all the steps, i am assuming my step 2 cs has expired. now up till when do i have till to pass all my exams that are left ( step 2ck and retake cs, step 3)? would it be july 2017? does the 7 year rule go to the next exam that has not expired and start from there? so would that make july 2017 the expiration date for my step one unless i have completed all my exams by then? i am a bit confused so was asking. hope my post makes sense and didnt end up confusing anyone. also one more question. since my step 2 cs has expired, does it count as an attempt of cs like a fail or just stays there as an expired and not count as an attempt.. hope i made sense with my post. any feedback would be greatly appreciated.. thanks in advance.

What are we supposed to do besides reapply?
Do we have to notify anyone or get their permission to proceed?
