same thing happened to me while i used confirmation number from "scheduling permit"
But then i used confirmation number which i got in email of confirmation of scheduling 1st time.it worked.

Dr Ahmed, i appreciate ur help, but i should talk to a representative from Prometric, what does ECFMG have to do?? One more thing, how can i deal with such a website?? It asks me to enter my "shipping" information?? including the state in US, bla bla, should i enter the details of ECFMG in philadelphia??
