I think patient lacks compliance bcoz he does not know about the disease..best action is to have physician give him aome knowledge of his disease, so A/E seems to be an answer....But we r not to scare the patient, so A may be correct......whats the answer ????

Currently what he needs is the knowledge about his condition which he obviously lacks.

B & C are obviously wrong.

A is part of behavior modification therapy.

D will be to scare him and might be useful later once he has the knowledge about his condition and understands the consequences.
