neck injury- orotracheal airway using a flexible bronchoscope
head injury without facial trauma- orotcheal tube head injury with significant facial injury- cricothyroidotomy (notable complication is tracheal stenosis) As for Head and Neck injury- I think a flexible bronchoscope...any ideas? |
