neck injury- orotracheal airway using a flexible bronchoscope

head injury without facial trauma- orotcheal tube

head injury with significant facial injury- cricothyroidotomy (notable complication is tracheal stenosis)

As for Head and Neck injury- I think a flexible bronchoscope...any ideas?
