GIT Recommendations regarding colon cancer syndromes

Can anyone please elaborate the recommendations regarding Peutz Jeghers, Juvenile Polyposis, Gardner & Turcot syndromes.

According to MTB2, they do NOT require any increased frequency of screeing. However, Kap QBank probably mentions that survival/life expectancy in Gardner and Turcot can be normal if colectomy is done before cancer development.

So the questions are

Do these require increased frequency of screening?
Either by colonsocopy or by APC genetic testing (for Gardner & Turcot)

What is the exact risk for development of colon CA in Juvenile Polyposis & Peutz Jeghers?
Do they or don't they progress to CA?

Good luck.
