Kaplan Master Board vs FA CK 2012 !!!

Hello everybody,

I read the Kaplan CK lecture notes and FA CK 2012 + UW
and I think this combination is very useful, but recently I read about the Kaplan Master board book and the comments were very good
do u prefer it it to me or not??
if I will read it ... it will give me a better quality and quantity knowledge or not ??

yes i am reading it now. Using MTB 3. according to me it is a way better. Its not just a concise form of kaplan but it presents same contents from a different perspective. it is exam-oriented. like how we are supposed to answer each n evvery clinical senario. very helpful!

i have not givem ck yet but for me mtb is better then fa.

see its not mandatory to read it! If u r doing good with uworld n nbme then its fine.it also depends on when u r taking the test. Starting new book before 2mnths of exam is not advisable.

Ya if you are able to do questions efficiently then don't have to do MTB. Step 1 involve more of reading. Whereas step 2 ck involves more question practice. So best of luck mate.
