TRANSFUSION REACTIONS !

Please diagnose each of the transfusion reactions

1. Mild febrile reaction with the first unit of blood. With the second unit there is shortness of breath and pulmonary infiltrates that resolve in 24 hours.

*** why patient was just febrile in 1st BT but not in 2nd BT !

2. Immediate anaphylaxis after a transfusion

3. Mild urticarial reaction after transfusion. No evidence of hemolysis.

4. A single-degree-centigrade elevation in temperature with no evidence of hemolysis
