Kidney Most common cause of death in Polycystic Kidney Disease?

Quote:
The most common cause of death from polycystic kidney disease is renal failure. Renal failure occurs from chronic
and repeated infections such as pyelonephritis. In addition, there are recurrent kidney stones secondary to the significant
anatomic abnormalities. Aneurysm rupture is not the most common cause of death from polycystic kidney disease.
i had similar discussion in thread and there we come to conclusion that PCKD patients die of heart disease because of accelerated atherosclerosis. here i see that excerpt says it is from RF...

so

what is the mcc of death in PCKD ?

I have seen articles and Medscape both stating its CV complications the MC OF DEATH... Yet MTB states the opposite, what should we answer then?
