8 mnth old boy is brought to ED after GTC. over past couple of days, he has been more irritable than usual but has maintained a good appetite. His temp is 102 F and on examination there is pharyngeal and tonsillar ERYTHEMA WITHOUT EXUDATES. neck is supple.
