Default poor prognostic indicator

A 56-year-old woman presents to the outpatient
clinic for a routine visit. On physical examination

Her physical examination is otherwise unremarkable.
Her heart rate is 70/min and regular,
blood pressure is 126/82 mm Hg, and temperature

is a poor prognostic indicator for the thyroid
nodule?

(A) Female gender
(B) Hoarseness
(C) Palpitations
(D) Patient age of 56 years
(E) Slow growth of nodule
