Default Increased risk of which cancer

A 53-year-old woman presents to the clinic
with complaints of headache and blurred vision
for the past several months. She also says
her family has commented that her face “looks
different,” and her nose is bigger than it used
to be. In addition, she says her shoes feel
tighter. On physical examination she has
coarse facial features with a prominent mandible
and widely spaced incisors. MRI of the
brain reveals a mass in the pituitary. This patient
may be at increased risk of developing
which of the following malignancies?

(A) Colon cancer
(B) Hepatocellular carcinoma
(C) Lung cancer
(D) Malignant brain tumor
(E) Pancreatic adenocarcinoma
