USMLEWorld USMLE World Percentage 67 but Percentile 55!
hello friends..

I recently completed uworld (timed,random mode).

I got 67 percentage cumulative score...but my percentile is 55 only..

not able to judge my prep as 67 sounds good, but 55 is threatening...

plz provide your opinions..

They recently changed the percentiles, they brought them down significantly. Dont see the percentiles. your percentage is very good. do nbme and UWSA to judge yourself

If in UW 67 correct = 55 percentile... Does this mean people in general are getting 90's in UW? I didn't know it was possible! lol! Even during my UW second pass back in step 1, my correct % score was only in the low 80's.

It was recently changed (1 month ago), i think it's because, lots of people do UW a second time, and their % correct answers go up.

Default Percentiles are biased!
yes do not completely rely on percentile because many people do UW online after having done offline subject wise , i know few personally. So i wont completely believe in percentile unless percentage is bad too.
