A 74 year old woman is brought to the clinic by her daughter in law. the woman is a regular patient and has a long history of hypertension and ischemic heart disease .She lives with her son and daughter in law, who are concerned that she has become increasingly forgetful over the past years .Initially they attributed her forgetfulness to normal aging but her memory impairment has progressively worsened over the past several months. ans A ......... not multi infarct as pt has no cns deficits .........

point is if pt had multi infarct pt would have focal cns signs like weakness in left arm or right leg or sensory loss in a limb but pt has no such focal defects thus its not multi infarct . |

lol, just in case you want to read a specific dementia or to compare between them, i didnt read the whole article, but read the dementias in which i struggle a lot, including pick vs lewy body and multi-infarct dementia
And novobiocin.. there is always energy for some gangbang ![]() |
