Got score
I scored 242 (84). Which is above my expectation considering 223 in step 1 and 197 in NBME4. Tell me honestly How worth this score is as I wish to have fellowship or residency in surgical discipline.

It is a really good score and a better score on Step 2 is always favorable. Also, for surgery CK scores are more important. Rest all depends on your USCE n contacts. Good Luck
