Rheumatology/Orthopedics Difference between Weber Type c & Maisonnuve Fracutes

Hello everyone!

What is the difference between Weber Type C ankle fracture and Maisonnuve Fracture. They both seem to involve the tibiofibular syndesmosis with its ligaments and the deltoid ligament!

Many thanks
